Thank you for choosing our company to place an order with. This page clarifies the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy. All the medication, presented on our website, is usually in stock. All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipment confirmation an email notification, once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please check the spam folder or junk mail, sometimes our e-mails get there. We have 2 delivery options, which are:

Airmail and EMS delivery Airmail delivery time frame may vary; it may take up to 2-3 weeks for this kind of delivery. Online Tracking is not available. If your order is over $200, you’ll get a free airmail shipping.

Express Mail Service (EMS)delivery is the fastest service provided by post office. A Tracking Number will become available when your order is shipped.

The Approximate delivery time frame is 3-8 business days. If your order is over $200, you’ll get an EMS shipping. We do our best to make your delivery arrive on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there might be a number of unforeseen reasons (delay at customs, weather conditions, Covid) why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. If you have some issues with the delivery, we will try to solve it as soon as possible. Our Customer Care Specialists are at your disposal and ready to contact you at any moment.

Return policy

If you received the damaged, defective medication or the incorrect product, please let us know. We will reship your order free of charge. The quality of our products means a lot to us, because we want our customers to be satisfied with it and find it helpful. That is why we are dealing with trusted manufactures and suppliers, whose products quality has no doubt at all. But if you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Care Specialists. Please be informed that the return of medications is strictly prohibited by International rules.
